The\u00a0Curly Girl Method<\/a>\u00a0is a hair routine with guidelines that suggest (or dictate) the ingredients of the products you use on your hair.\u00a0To follow this method, you will need to cut out sulfates and\u00a0\u00a0non-water soluble ingredients<\/a>\u00a0like silicones. Following the Curly Girl Method also promotes eliminating products that contain\u00a0certain alcohols,<\/a>\u00a0brushing your hair, and using heat styling tools.\u00a0 \u00a0All Uncle Funky’s Daughter products exclude sulfates from their formulas, very few products from our entire contain silicones or silicone by-products and none of our products include harmful alcohols.<\/p>\n

Once you decide to try styling your hair following the CG Method, it is imperative to have the correct products to get it done. Check out the following list of UFD products that can help you out!<\/p>\n

If You Prefer to Shampoo:<\/p>\n

As mentioned a little earlier, Uncle Funky’s Daughter excludes sulfates from all of our products, even our cleansers where sulfates are more likely present.
