What do you think of when you hear the words natural hair routine? I used to get overwhelmed just thinking about it. Honestly, its nothing to stress over! Do you know what your hair likes? Do you know what your hair needs? The key to a hair routine is combining everything that your hair likes and needs and applying to your hair as necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My morning routine really starts from my night time routine. How I wear my hair throughout the day, what I do to my hair before bed and how I sleep are key elements that will determine how much work my hair requires the next morning. If my hair is styled in a wash and go, the best practice is to keep my jumbo-sized bonnet on throughout the day, especially if I am staying home. Keeping my bonnet on allows me to keep my hands out of my hair and keeps my style fresh for a couple of days! If I want stretched and elongate curls the next morning, I like to put my hair in a pineapple with one hair tie and wrap it up with a satin scarf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
