I started noticing a big difference in not only my weight but my hair and skin when I changed my diet. My skin is much less prone to breakouts, is lively, and has an overall healthy appearance! I&#8217;ve also noticed that I have very minimal shedding when it comes to my hair!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I know how tempting snacking can be, but I always limit myself to just weekends to sustain the health of my body! Once you start seeing results, you know that it&#8217;s becoming habitual &#8211; so keep at it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"put-away-the-rough-tools\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Put away the rough tools!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I also stay away from <a href=\"https:\/\/unclefunkysdaughter.com\/chatbox\/2021\/10\/13\/3-tips-for-applying-heat-to-natural-hair-without-damage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">applying heat<\/a> to my hair. Typically I let my hair air dry instead of diffusing. Once I began catering to my hair as if it were a plant by adding more <a href=\"https:\/\/unclefunkysdaughter.com\/hair-care\/heal-and-renew-intensive-hair-masque.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">moisture<\/a> and avoiding detrimental styling habits, my hair flourished!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other habits, such as the type of towel you use to dry your hair, have an impact on its health. Satin is much more gentle and will prevent breakage while you sleep. I also make sure to wash my pillowcase weekly to prevent skin breakouts!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The health of your hair and skin can improve drastically just by changing a few small daily habits!
