Seasons Greetings, Funky Junkies!
If you’re anything like I am, you’re currently knee-deep in the hustle-and-bustle of the holiday season – that is, travel, Christmas shopping, family time, holiday parties – you name it, I’ve done it! But no matter how busy we get it, we simply cannot afford to neglect the true spirit of this time of year – the spirit of giving!
That’s why we at Uncle Funky’s Daughter are very excited to bring back our “12 Days Of Funk” Holiday Giveaway. For the next two weeks, we will be giving away FREE UFD products to our loyal Funky Junkies every day! We’re excited to do this as celebration of a year that was full of growth for us (we’ve recently reached 30,000 followers on Instagram!), as well as a show of gratitude to the beautiful curlfriends that have and continue to support us!
If you weren’t following us on IG around this time last year, 12 Days of Funk is by FAR our biggest giveaway. Here’s how it works: each day during the campaign, we’ll feature a different UFD product to be given away. There are, of course, twelve Uncle Funky’s Daughter products, so we’ll be highlighting a different product each day. Any curlfriend following us on Instagram simply has to repost our “12 Days Of Funk” ad, tag TWO of her curlfriends in the post, and use the hashtag #12DaysOfFunk in the caption to become eligible! That’s it!
But here’s where it gets really interesting! We’ll announce one winner each day –– that fortunate Funky Junky will win both a full-size (8. oz for most products, 6 oz. for Glossy and Shining Star) and sample-size (2 oz.) bottles of that day’s featured product. But they’ll ALSO win full-sized and sample-sized bottles of the previous day’s featured product as well!
Just think of it like the 12 Days of Christmas carol; each day your true love (that’d be us!) gives you a larger number of gifts, but you still get the gifts from the previous days, too!
In short, the winner on the Twelveth Day of Funk will receive the FULL LINE of UFD products in full-sized and sample-sized bott
les. As we won’t announce which product will be given away until the day of, you can see where a tiny bit of strategy becomes involved. You can play the odds and try to win a handful of products early, or you can wait until later on in the contest and try to cash in big! You can enter as many times as you’d like, but you can only win ONCE during the giveaway –– so play wisely!
