Like most naturalistas, you might be concerned about retaining your curl pattern while heat styling your hair. With those worries and concerns in mind, we worked really hard for the last two years to develop a new line that will help you achieve silky smooth hair while protecting your natural curls.

If you are seriously considering styling your hair the way you want, you need to get your hands on this collection! Our Maximum Thermal Protection line was exclusively designed for heat styling to help you retain your curl pattern and at the same time allow you to rock your straight hair for however long you want and go back to your curly hair – easily.
As I mentioned, it took us over two years to develop this collection. After lots of trials and research, we designed a wonderful new product line (that actually works!) that consists of five products: a shampoo, a deep conditioner, a primer, a split end serum, and a 3-in-1 shine booster.
I know you must be wondering why we created a new shampoo and conditioner since our core line already has some great shampoos and deep conditioners. But based on our research, we wanted to design something specific with the quinoa, bamboo and silk in it. These ingredients create layers of protection for each hair follicle, hence prepping your hair for heat styling and giving you a maximum thermal protection against potential heat damage.
The third step of the process is to apply the primer before blow drying your hair. Our split end treatment can be used either before or after you blow dry to seal your ends. Then your finisher is the 3-in-1 shine booster which is silicone based. Silicones don’t conduct heat, so they create another layer of protection for your hair. This product is my personal favorite in the line and I’m sure it will be a bestseller! It’s extremely versatile and gives your hair that extra shine that we all crave.
More so, I know you might want to ask why we chose silk, quinoa and bamboo as our key ingredients for this line. The reason is that we try to go as natural as possible in all of our products. The silk helps soften your hair while the bamboo and quinoa help with your hair’s flexibility. Together, they make your hair malleable and less dry and stiff, which can result in breakage.
Similar to many of you, I have had personal experiences of getting my hair burned out by a professional stylist because I didn’t have that extra layer of protection. I have used and tested our product line repeatedly while heat styling (even on my twin kids), and it works! If I could give you one piece of advice for heat styling, it is to not use too much of or repeated heat (i.e. blow dry, straighten and curl in one session) and to protect your hair with great natural ingredients. If you’re blow drying your hair, an oil can work fine because blow drying could probably be within 140 degrees, however, flat ironing or curling your hair requires way more heat – and that’s why you need another layer of protection.
