1. Use Chemical-Free Cleaners
Every Spring I like to deep clean every room in my house. Now that I have a daughter, I like to use cleaning products that are natural and safe to use around her. For a chemical-free clean, mix white vinegar, water and a few drops of an essential oil in a spray bottle. Shake and spritz on counter tops, windows, bathroom surfaces, sinks, pretty much anything you can think of. You can also use white vinegar to help keep drains clog-free. Just pour a cup of white distilled vinegar down your drains once every two weeks. Allow the mixture to sit for a half-hour, then run cold water to flush it out.

3. Practice Self-Care
One of my favorite things to do while Spring cleaning is to deep condition my hair. As a busy mom, I don’t have a lot of time for self care so deep conditioning while getting my household chores done is a win/win for me! I love using the Uncle Funky’s Daughter Heal & Renew Intensive Hair Masque to add moisture and shine to my hair. If you really want to multitask, throw on a face mask too!
